Clerks & Administration
The Clerks Room at 187 Fleet Street has an efficient and dedicated staff, who have a detailed knowledge of every Member of Chambers practice. Our high standards enabled us to be one of the first chambers to be awarded the Bar Mark and has since been awarded The Quality Mark for the Bar.
The Clerking team consists of five Clerks, one fees Clerk ,one Administrator and is headed by our Senior Clerk John Pyne, who has been with Chambers for over 25 years.
Chambers accepts both Private and Legally Aided work. Private fees can be agreed by the Clerks and will depend on the circumstances and nature of the case.
Our client care policy sets out our level of service to all our lay and professional clients. However, if you think that any Member of Chambers or Clerk has not dealt with a matter to your satisfaction, please contact the Senior Clerk, who will provide you with the necessary details of how to proceed.
Chambers hours are 8.30am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday. If you need to contact Chambers outside of this time, please ring the clerks on 07976 281902.
