Catherine Bradshaw

Catherine specialises in criminal law both defending and prosecuting. She practices in the SE Circuit, including London. Catherine’s practice spans the spectrum of offences and cases recently have included being a Leading Junior in a fraud trial and being led in a murder trial at the Old Bailey. She is instructed in many cases where the lay client requires a high degree of care, for example child or intellectually impaired defendants. 

In addition to Crown Court work, Catherine regularly represents soldiers and their dependents at Courts Martial and Standing Civilian Courts both in the UK and abroad. Her practice spans the spectrum of offences including purely military crimes such as AWOL and Section 70 matters such as assaults and fraud.

Catherine is an Officer in the Territorial Army which assists her in the understanding of military life when representing soldiers during their Courts Martial.
