Sasha Bailey practises in criminal law, predominantly defence work, undertaking both publicly and privately funded cases. She is also regularly instructed to defend in the Courts Martial. She is a grade 3 Prosecution advocate. She has established a successful, strong and well-respected criminal practice, covering a wide spectrum of criminal offences including violent offences, sexual assault, drugs and high-level dishonesty. She is instructed as both leading and junior counsel.
Sasha is highly regarded in cases dealing with young and vulnerable witnesses and also vulnerable defendants, in particular those suffering with severe mental health and learning difficulties.
